Symptom
For c3900e platforms:
Speed LED on Ge0/3 stays on without cable attached.
For c2921, c2951, c3925, and c3945 platforms:
Link LED for Ge0/2 stays green without blinking when no cable is attached.
Conditions
For c3900e platforms:
This problem should not be seen as this defect was fixed prior to the first release of c3900e software.
For c2921, c2951, c3925, and c3945 platforms:
A PVDM must be installed in the third PVDM slot for problem to be observed.
