Symptom

L2FIB databases are out of sync with DHCP or IGMP protocols.

Conditions

IPC errors when the DHCP and IGMP registers as producers with L2FIB. This is very rare condition which was never seen in devtest/customer scenario, so the fix is preventing.

Workaround

Restart DHCP/IGMP servers
