Symptom

Will get ios message on console saying trap code failed to initialize from SNMP and snmpd will be in exited state on SRP.
Conditions

This could happen at Reload
Workaround

Restart snmpd on SRP
Further Problem Description
============================
This is happening because ipv4 library is not yet initialized fully and snmpd is trying to access one of ipv4-lib API. It is recomended to have retry by ipv4-lib owners.
