The earliest recollection of this bug is traced back to PAN-OS 10.2.8 - May 17, 2024. This bug is fixed in PAN-OS versions 10.2.8, 11.0.4. Fixed an issue where the useridd process stopped responding after a restart when HIP redistribution was enabled.
