After performing a BIOS update and rebooting, you may receive the following error message when your system boots:
Boot Guard verified DXE that is fail System will shutdown Press any key

Method One
Updating the latest BIOS version on the computer or running the BIOS recovery software will help resolve this issue.
Warning: Dell recommends disconnecting any external devices like external hard disk drives, printers, scanners before updating the BIOS.
Warning: Dell laptops must have the battery installed and charged to at least 10% before you begin the BIOS update. Dell recommends connecting the laptop to AC power before proceeding with the update process.

To restart the system so you can download and install the latest BIOS:
Power off the system
Turn the system back on and start tapping on the F10 key as the system boots up. The system should boot fully into Windows
Browse to the Dell Drivers & Downloads page:
Support Site Drivers Page
Ensure you have the correct System Type
Select the Operating System
Under Category, select BIOS
Locate the latest System BIOS
Click Download and save the file to your computer
Open File Explorer and browse to the location where the downloaded file is saved
Double-click the BIOS setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process
Method Two
Run the BIOS recovery (as applicable to your model of PC)
Go to BIOS Recovery options on a Dell PC or Tablet for more information and how to perform a BIOS recovery
Additionally, you may try to reset the RTC battery (CMOS battery)
