Overview
Fault Codes 078-125, 078-126, 078-127 occurs when the printer has detected that multiple sheets of paper have been fed at once into Trays 5, 6 or 7 on the Oversize High Capacity Feeder module, causing a jam.
The following are the top reasons why paper jams occur:
To resolve the issue, perform the following:
unsupported paper/media is used.
incorrect paper settings in the tray and/or the print driver.
paper loaded incorrectly and/or paper edge guides not adjusted properly in the tray.
humidity and/or paper condition and storage
Use a new ream of paper and fan/flip the paper in the tray.
Clear Paper Jams in the Bypass / Tray 5 When the Bypass is Installed on Trays 6 and 7

Clean the Feed Rollers in the 2 Tray Oversized High Capacity Feeder

Power Off and On the Oversize High Capacity Feeder

Power Off the Press, Wait 5 Minutes, and Then Power On the Press
