Overview

A handheld barcode scanner is required for scanning barcodes. To open the PredictPrint Stock Wizard, use one of the following methods: On the Control Center screen, click PredictPrint Stock Wizard . Scan the media barcode using the barcode scanner. Load the stock in the appropriate tray. When the PredictPrint Stock Wizard starts for the first time, a Welcome screen appears. If the barcode is registered already in the PredictPrint Cloud Server, after you scan the barcode, the PredictPrint Stock Wizard displays the stock properties and the press automatically receives the settings for the best printing values for the stock. If the barcode is not registered in the PredictPrint Cloud Server, on the Scan screen, click Set Up As New Stock On the Define screen, set the properties for the stock, then click Save and Next . On the Control Center screen, click PredictPrint Stock Wizard . Scan the media barcode using the barcode scanner. Load the stock in the appropriate tray.
