occurs when the Paper or Staples selected in the Print Driver are not installed in the Printer.
Load Paper in Trays 1-4
or
Depending on Which Finisher You Are Using, Replace the Staple Cartridge

Make Sure the Tray Settings are Programmed Correctly for the Inserted Media
If necessary,
Change the Paper Tray Settings
.
Remove and Reinstall the Print Driver
.
Power Off and On the Printer
.
Update the Printer's Software (Firmware)
.
Enable the Policy for Paper Size Substitution.
If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
