Note : Before solving the problem, print the Print Quality Test Pages From the home screen, touch Settings > Troubleshooting > Print Quality Test Pages . Check if the printer is using a genuine and supported Xerox toner cartridge. Make sure the latest print driver is being used. Note : If the cartridge is not supported, then install a supported one. Note : If the printer is still printing blank or white check the nex step. Remove the imaging unit For more information, refer to Remove and Insert the Image Unit. WARNING Potential Damage: Do not expose the color imaging kit and black imaging unit to direct light for more than 10 minutes Extended exposure to light may cause print quality problems. Warning: Do not touch the photoconductor drum Doing so may affect the quality of future print jobs. Insert the imaging unit. Print the document. If the problem persists, contact Support for additional assistance.
