In the CSM Configurable Workspace when a modification is made to a case and the form is saved, the list is not automatically refreshed to display the new field values. It is necessary to manually refresh the list to see the new field values. This is not consistent with the behavior seen in the standard Agent Workspace where the list is automatically refreshed when the user navigates back to the list after updating a record.
Confirmed in San Diego and Rome Patch 5 1. go to CSM Configurable Workspace 2. go to list Cases > All 3. open any case record in form tab 4. modify the content of the Short Description field 5. click the save button 6. return the list tab > see that short description of the record in the list still has original value (unexpected behavior) 7. click the icon to refresh the list > see that short description of the updated record is now displayed with the new value (expected behavior) This is different behavior to what is seen with standard Agent Workspace: in AW at step 6 you see the list automatically refreshed and the new field value is displayed.
