Fwupd tool does not have the required components to update correctly.
Workaround: User could use the Linux bin file to update the Dock firmware. User could use a Windows computer to update the Dock firmware. User could use snap to update the .cab file. Connect to the internet then run these commands: snap install fwupd Sudo dell-fwupdate-dock install ./firmware.cab
