Symptom

Unknown / Empty value displayed in collector for config-register value, despite of sub id showed as up / open.

Conditions

WLC in 17.9.3 + SMU for CSCwf16353 Telemetry through gRPC Monitoring on config-register xpath(/ios:native/config-register)

Workaround

Re-apply the config-register config in CLI causes the value to be reported for some time. Issue will be observed again after the mentioned time period [12 - 48 hrs]
