Symptom
Switch is using an FCOE_NPV_PKG Honor-based license for feature-set fcoe-npv even though a SAN_ENTERPRISE_PKG license is installed.

A weekly message is also added to "show logging log" indicating a license is missing.
Reloading the switch does not resolve the issue.
2019 Nov 18 16:36:59 switch %LICMGR-2-LOG_LIC_MISSING_WARNING: A feature that requires FCOE_NPV_PKG license is not installed. System supports honor based licensing so feature will continue to be fully functional. Use 'show license usage ' to find features using missing license.
Conditions
- feature-set fcoe-npv is installed before a SAN_ENTERPRISE_PKG or FCOE_NPV_PKG license is installed, activating a FCOE_NPV_PKG Honor-based license
- After the FCOE_NPV_PKG Honor-based license is in use, install a SAN_ENTERPRISE_PKG license.
- "Show license usage" displays SAN_ENTERPRISE_PKG installed and a FCOE_NPV_PKG Honor-based license in use.
- "Show logging log" records weekly messages stating a license is missing.
Further Problem Description
This issue does not affect fibre channel traffic.
