ISE compatibility notes should state that 802.1X for Linux (RH/Ubuntu) is supported, even if no extensive tests were conducted.
The compatibility notes for ISE http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/ise/1-2/compatibility/ise_sdt.html#81918 state "no official support" under 802.1X for Red Hat and Ubuntu. This is not correct. The note should be changed to say "No extensive tests have been conducted by Cisco, but any 802.1X supplicant is supported as long as it is compliant with the IEEE 802.1X standard".
