Input Discard counter not incremented when the vlans allowed/forwarded on both ends of a trunk do not agree. This is not the case with N7K-M132XP-12
Both ends of a trunk do not agree with the vlans being forwarded. Behavior has been observed in 4.2(3), 4.2(4) and 5.0(2) releases.

Traffic received on vlans (that are not allowed) are dropped. So, this issue is cosmetic.
